4. The right to restriction of processing: the right to obtain restriction of processing in certain cases.

6. Litigation. Applicable law

Any dispute arising will be resolved through mutual agreement between the parties (amicably). In the event that the conflict cannot be settled amicably, jurisdiction will belong to the Romanian courts located in the area of the registered office of CIRAST SRL.
CIRAST SRL is not liable for any damages, costs, proceedings, claims, or expenses arising from the users’ failure to comply with the “Terms and Conditions”.
